I am having difficulty registering for a Scholarly Project month on OASIS.

You may sign up for your first Scholarly Project month on OASIS without first submitting a proposal, but your project proposal must be uploaded to Courseworks at least two weeks before your second month starts to allow time for review and approval.

If you are registering for Month 2 of your Scholarly Project, you will be placed on a waiting list until your project proposal has been approved by your mentor and Track Director. If you are registering within 15 days of the next month's start date, you will need to complete and submit a "Permission to Change or Add a Scholarly Project Month" form. Mentor approval can also be received via Uservoice (as part of the ticket thread) or email, in place of signing the form.

If you are registering for Month 3 or Final Month of your Scholarly Project, you will be placed on a waiting list to ensure you have already signed up for the required preceding scholarly project months. If it within 15 days of the next month's start date, you will need to complete and submit a "Permission to Change or Add a Scholarly Project Month" form. Mentor approval can always be obtained via email, in place of signing the form. 

If you are registering for Month 4, 5, 6, etc of your Scholarly Project, you will be put on a waiting list and need to be approved for an extended Scholarly Project before these additional months are added to your OASIS schedule.
