If you need to provide the Columbia University Memorandum of Insurance to an outside organization, you can provide the MOI below as your documentation. To receive a copy of the most up-to-date Memorandum of Insurance (MOI),

  1. Go to https://www.finance.columbia.edu/content/request-evidence-insurance
  2. Scroll to 'Memorandums of Insurance (MOI)'
  3. Click on the link in 'To access the University’s current MOI, please click here.'

The MOI is updated annually for the same amounts of coverage on or slightly before the policy expiration date. If you need additional assistance, please contact the Office of Student Affairs.
