I Need to Grant Access to Someone to See My Records ← Student Affairs Students may wish to give a faculty member, or administrators, access to their evaluations for the purposes of writing a letter of recommendation, report to a scholarship donor, etc. Students should review the P&S Policy of Confidentiality of Student Educational Records and submit the Records Authorization Form when needed.
