The Office of Student Affairs is responsible for issuing Letters of Good Standing (LOGS) to students for a variety of purposes. If you need a LOGS, please submit a ticket with details of what is needed. Please allow between 5-7 business days for processing. You will be notified when your letter is ready for pick up from the office (Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM). Letters can also been scanned over if requeted.

Application for a summer research program
Application for a fellowship program
Application for an external scholarship
In your ticket, please include the recipient's name, organization and mailing address.
