To request access to a locker during your surgical rotation, please visit Carmen Feliciano in the Heart Center, 3rd Floor, Room 3-606; 646-317-5059 with your student ID.  Upon verification of your rotation dates a locker will be assigned to you (subject to availability).  

You MUST return the key to your locker at the end of your rotation so that other students may check out a locker.  Failure to do so will result in your grade for the rotation being held.
