My Epic access needs to be reactivated

Epic access is disabled for inactivity, this is typical when returning to the curriculum from time away, including those returning for Electives. There are two ways for students to reactivate their EPIC access. If your CWID is still active (or has recently been reactivated) and you cannot access EPIC please complete the two Epic training modules listed below. 

1. You will need to manually add yourself to the training sessions below and can log into the NYP Learning Center with your CWID login information. 
2. Students that cannot add the EPIC training to their account via the above method, will need to request the training to be added to their account via EPIC together request. 

Students will navigate to https://nypres.service-now.com/epictogether. Follow the steps below as indicated in the document HERE
