EHS requires all students to complete this RASCAL TC6301 - Annual Review for N95 Respirator Users training annually after your initial mask fit. Please complete this requirement, and upload it to OASIS – Academic History A reminder will be sent.

How to upload

1. Login to RASCAL and select the Training Center section



2. Then select “View Certified Test History”. This should bring them to their “Test History” page.



3. Once at the “Test History” page, they need to TC6301 - Annual Review for N95 Respirator Users training row and click “play” button under the “Generate Certificate” column. A pdf of their certificate should pop up in a new tab as a PDF that they can download/save.
