If your rotation requires OSHA/Infection Control training, use the New York State Department of Health list of approved training providers:

We do not endorse specific providers. Select a provider that meets the NYS Infection Control requirements.

VP&S Students

Your NYS Infection Control Certificate:

  • Is valid for 4 years
  • Can be found in OASIS → Academic History

If your certificate has expired:
Submit a UserVoice ticket to request a new certificate.

If your certificate is still valid but your away rotation requires a certificate within 1 year:
You may complete a new training using the NYS provider list:
