Faculty and administrators, please use this form to submit all electives-related requests:

This includes:- Updates to your course information in OASIS
- VSLO access requests: You may need to call VSLO support at (202) 478-9878 after receiving your VSLO invitation if you had a student VSLO account in the past
- Other electives-related requests: Select Other on the form if the preceding options aren't applicable
