VS Onboarding: Evaluations
All evaluations by default are completed in OASIS, unless otherwise communicated with your supervisor. Note that not all electives will complete outside evaluations.
It is your responsibility to follow up with the course director/supervisor at the end of the rotation regarding evaluations. In the event that your evaluation is not submitted, you or a representative from your home institution must contact the course director or coordinator directly to resolve the issue.

Submit a UserVoice ticket if your home institution needs our office, and not your course director or coordinator, to send your OASIS evaluation to them.
