I want to view my Student Performance Evaluations.

Student Performance Evaluations for MCY clerkships are submitted via OASIS no later than 6 weeks after the end of the clerkship. For D&I electives, evaluations are due 2 weeks after the end of the rotation. For Fundamentals and email is sent to all students when evaluations are available. 

You can find the link to view your Student Performance Evaluation and Gradebook on your Schedule in OASIS: 


Please note: Student Performance Evaluations will not become available to you until you have submitted the required end of course and/or faculty evaluations. 

For D&I electives, if your away elective has completed a hard copy evaluation for your rotation, the PDF will be uploaded to your Academic History in OASIS under 'Away Elective Evaluations.'
