Hospital Access
Access to NYP: In order to be granted general hospital access, please complete the hospital access form and take it and a state-issued photo ID to the NYP security office in Presbyterian Hospital, 1st Floor, Room 1-30. Their hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm.
