Scrub Code Questions (when requesting or requesting please include your current SIZE and CODE/PIN)

All students gain access to the scrub machines at the beginning of MCY. We will make this request on your behalf. You will be issued two scrub credits. If you have difficulties with the machine/lose a credit/find your PIN invalid, please submit a ticket to UserVoice.

Any MD student can request a scrub code and PIN by submitting a ticket. Please let us know your scrub size.

NYP facilities create the codes. Student Affairs requests these for you. Please allow for a turnaround time of 5-7 business days.

Dear class,

 

We are preparing your transition to the hospital setting and will be requesting your access to the NYP hospital scrub machines.

These machines dispense clean scrubs with a user code and PIN. Once the hospital creates the code and PIN, we will upload this information to your OASIS profile. OASIS>Announcements>Academic History>Scrub Size, Code, PIN.

We ask that everyone transitioning to MCY that does not have an active code/PIN to please fill out this Scrub Survey so that we can properly set up this access for your future rotations. Scrub codes do become inactive, if this happens, you can simply place a USERVOICE ticket, and we will request to NYP to reactivate. The only way to know if your code/PIN is active is to try it on one of the machines. We can’t verify this from our end.

 

Bassett and Stamford have their own scrub process, this code and PIN are for NYP locations only. If you need access to the Allen Pavilion, please indicate this in your UserVoice ticket.
