If your course is a waitlist course, please make sure to wait until the week following a set of rank scheduling (formerly "lottery") stages before approving students for a month in that set. (For example, wait until the Monday after the June rank scheduling results are posted before you approve students from your waitlist for March, April, May, and June.)
