VS Onboarding: Activate UNI

When to expect access:
  • You will receive an email once your UNI is ready for activation (about two months prior to your elective start depending on the month).

Please follow the below instructions to activate your UNI (University Network ID):
  • Follow the directions outlined here: https://uniapp.cc.columbia.edu/acctmanage/activation
  • Find your UNI
    • Click on Find Your UNI (below Enter your UNI box)
    • Enter First Name, Last Name, and Date of Birth
      • Do not enter the last four digits of your SSN (see exception below)
      • You may need to enter your SSN if you have a prior affiliation with Columbia
  • Activate your UNI
