VSLO Instructions: How to view your elective information

Submit a request if you don’t already have access.

How to view your elective information in current VSLO catalogs:
  1. From your VSLO dashboard, click on Elective Catalog (dropdown menu)
  2. Click on Catalogs
  3. Click on current catalog, i.e. 2025-2026 and 2025-2026 International
  4. Scroll down to Catalog Electives section
  5. Enter your elective course code
  6. Click on VIEW
How to view your elective information from Elective Search (public):
  1. From your VSLO dashboard, click on Elective Catalog (dropdown menu)
  2. Click on Elective Search
  3. Click on Institution
  4. Click on Columbia U Vagelos Coll of P&S
  5. Click on APPLY FILTERS
  6. Search for elective course code
  7. Click on LEARN MORE (bottom right corner of elective; elective may show up twice, once in the domestic catalog and once in the International catalog)
