Dear Class of 2027,

Welcome to D&I, the final phase of your curriculum at VP&S. January rank scheduling will begin on Monday January 12. In preparation, please follow the below steps and review the below information:

• OASIS Student Level: Make sure your Student Level in OASIS is D&I for 2026 (unless you are a Post-Lab MD/PhD student).
• OASIS Year: Make sure you are able to view the 2026 year. Available courses should be viewable in the 2026 course catalog.
• Board Prep Months: Make sure you have been added to board prep months for Jan / Feb / Mar. You will be able to drop yourself from March board prep at the start of March rank scheduling, if needed.
• Placeholder Course: Make sure you have been added to the placeholder course for Mar - Dec. You will be dropped from the course for a given month at the start of rank scheduling for that month.
• Post-Lab MD/PhD Students: See this information if you are a post-lab student and need to be registered for an elective or other D&I course.
• Open a UserVoice ticket if you need help with any of the above.
